These oat and peanutbutter gluten free cookies are delicious and you only need 4 ingredients, so easy to make!

-100mg of gluten free oats                                
– 200mg of crunchy peanut butter      
-170mg of caster sugar                                    
– One large egg                        

Method:                                                             1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.                  

2.Mix together all ingredients well until a dough is formed.                                               

3. Roll dough into small balls (roughly the size of a cherry tomato) and then flatten into a cookie shape.                                        

4.Place onto the baking tray and cook for 15 minutes, until golden brown.                
5.Leave to stand for 10 minute, then transfer onto a cooling rack then leave to cool.
