Do you hold out until bedtime or do you have a nap? I try so hard most of the time to stay up until bed time, so i can just go straight to sleep. But lately I have been having those mini naps. I feel when i have a nap in the day it is so much harder to get to sleep at night. Ive been trying to distract myself when i get that feeling of just needing to sleep. I distract myself by cleaning, going to the shop, sorting things out, going for walks, seeing or speaking to a friend. I dont know if it is just me, but i feel ill when i have a nap and it takes me about half an hour or more, until i feel better. I feel as if i have a bit of a hangover and feel sick. It will be interesting to know if any other people who suffer from fibromyalgia feel worse after a nap.
