Getting things done whilst living with fibromyalgia is hard to do. Especially with the pain and tiredness.                                                                                                  When you get up its important to assess how you are feeling. If you have had a bad nights sleep then you should arrange to do less. If you have had a good nights sleep and feel well rested you could do a bit more, but remember not to over do it!  Its important that when you notice the symtoms of a flare up to not strain yourself. Rest is important to not make your flare up even worse. When your doing things such as cleaning, errands, ect its a good idea to have rests inbetween. Just always remember to listen to your body and if its telling you to stop, then stop!
